Can you believe it's already been about three weeks since teenagers Scotty McCreery and Lauren Alaina graced the American Idol stage for the season 10 finale?

As the youngest finalists on the show, who also generated record-breaking numbers with fan votes and television viewers, I bet their lives have completely turned upside down from their normal small town routines. What have they been up to since the show ended on May 25th?

The rumored couple have been spotted at numerous events - making television appearances on shows like 'The Today Show' and MTV's 'The Seven', performing in different cities, talking to the press, having tons of interviews and signing with Mercury Nashville. Scotty even flew home the day after winning American Idol to take an English test!

The North Carolina and Georgia natives have also recently been spotted at the 2011 CMT Music Awards, where they introduced Sugarland onstage, surprised country artists at the CMA Music Festival with duet performances and made their debut at the Grand Ole Opry.

McCreery has been busy promoting his new song, 'I Love You This Big' all over the U.S., including Disney's Hollywood Studios Theme Park, on the set of 'Live With Regis and Kelly', the Grand Ole Opry, and even at the Walmart Shareholders meeting in Arkansas.

Although the single has only been out for just over two weeks, it has already reached the top 30 on country charts. And according to the Scotty McCreery Fans website, the artist has already recorded five songs for his upcoming debut album.

Alaina's debut single 'Like My Mother Does', entered Billboard’s all-genre Hot 100 chart at No. 20 and No. 9 on the trade’s Digital Songs chart, with 121,204 single downloads sold.

The pair have also admitted to talking about recording a duet together, but don't get your hopes up yet. Alaina says, "We need to establish ourselves as artists first … hopefully down the road, if we’re still around, we’ll put [out] something together.”

Look for McCreery's TV appearances this week, as well as Alaina's events and updates.
