Thanks for Sending Us Your Elfies, and Our $500 Winner is…

The Christmas season may be over, but we still have some holiday business to take care of. We teamed up with Truss & Son Plumbing in early December and asked you to send us your best 'Elfies' for a chance to win $500.

What's an Elfie?

Basically, it's a selfie that is holiday-themed. We received everything from dogs and cats dressed in Christmas wear, family portraits, silly poses, filtered photos, and others that we are still trying to decipher.

As long as there was a hint of holidays to the photo, it was considered an Elfie.

Choosing a Winner

The main goal of our Elfies contest was to share some holiday spirit with our KICKS 105 listeners. Another goal was to reward one of the entries with a $500 VISA gift card.

There were two parts for determining the grand prize Elfie winner. First, our judges pick their favorites. From those selected finalists, we did a random drawing to decide who was going to get the $500.

And the Winner Is...

Jess Anthony is our grand prize winner of the 2023 Elfies contest.

This holiday pose was taken at Santa's Wonderland in College Station, Texas. She's wearing a Christmas outfit, riding a longhorn, and has a beautiful Texas image in the backdrop.

The only thing that could have made this photo more 'holidayish' was if the drink she was holding was eggnog.
