Around 75 fourth-graders at an elementary school in Pennsylvania were duped by a teacher's aide into thinking that pet treats were actually cookies free for the taking.

According to a report at KXXV, the kids were out on recess when the aide told the children that they were welcome to have the 'cookies'.  Some children ate more than one of what were actually pet snacks.  No dangerous ingredients were in the treats and apparently some of the kids found them quite tasty.

However, many parents did not see the humor in the prank and neither did the school administration as they suspended the teacher's aide pending an internal investigation.

What would your reaction be if this happened to one of your kids?
