We're a week away from Thanksgiving, and the good news is that the extended forecast is calling for a sunny, cool turkey day.  However, we will have a cold push of air between now and then, plus the chance of up to 3 inches of rain falling in the region over the week.

The 7-day outlook from the National Weather Service shows a great chance of rain and/or thunderstorms over the next 24-36 hours with the best chance coming throughout the day on Friday.  Temperatures will reach near 70 early on Friday, but by mid-morning temperatures should start dropping through the mid-50s.
