86 Point Ride Wins First Night of Mutton Busting at Nac Rodeo
10 East Texas cowboys and cowgirls came out to night number one of the Nacogdoches Pro Rodeo and Steer Show to try their hand at mutton busting. The 3-7 year olds did their best to hang on for dear life while perched on the back of a sheep.
Sometimes the sheep would exit the chute in an all-out sprint, other times they took more of a leisurely stroll. But, when it was all said and done, Aaron Castillo of Nacogdoches was scored with the best overall ride with a mark of 86 points. Take a look at some of the pictures from Thursday night's ride.
