Starting Dallas Cowboy nose tackle Jay Ratliff was arrested early Tuesday morning for suspicion of driving while intoxicated.  According to reports from WFAA, Ratliff's pick up truck sideswiped an 18 wheeler before crashing into a guard rail.

There were no other occupants in the pick up truck and Ratliff was uninjured.  He refused a Breathalyzer test and was subsequently booked into the police station.

This event is not more than two months removed from another incident in which Dallas Cowboy Josh Brent was charged with intoxication manslaughter for his part in the death of team mate Jerry Brown, Jr.
