Even most of the boldest storm chasers stayed away from Hurricane Patricia.  Winds gusting over 200 mph can topple even the sturdiest of shelters...and that's exactly what was realized by the folks from iCylone

This film crew traveled along the western coast of Mexico before taking up refuge at a hotel in the village of Emiliano Zapata which was located in the direct path of the core of the hurricane.

As you'll see in the video, the film crew's hotel room was one of the very few that didn't have its roof blown away, which not only saved them from injury, but also a family searching for refuge.
