Big Bass Splash Coming April 17th – 19th

Thanks to a very wet Winter in East Texas, Lake Sam Rayburn is at one of its highest levels in the last 15 years. And, according to Bob Sealy, that has been producing some great results for area anglers -- lots of big fish.

The 31st Annual Big Bass Splash is coming April 17th - 19th at Lake Sam Rayburn with $545,000 in GUARANTEED cash and prizes.  This includes:

• Cash payouts for the top 15 places every hour totaling over $160,000
• $5,000 for the first even weight 3.00/4.00/5.00 bass each day.  That's $45,000 guaranteed
• Grand prize that includes a 2015 Triton 20 TRX powered by Mercury, 2015 Dodge Ram Truck, and $10,000 cash.

And, there are many more pay outs that will be taking place.  This evening (4/7) from 6-7 p.m. anglers will have the chance to get registered at Academy Sports in Lufkin.  By doing this, when it comes to tournament time you can just go straight to fishing as opposed to messing with registration at Umphrey Family Pavilion.
