Drama...action...intensity.

I'm not talking about the latest blockbuster movie, I'm talking about what you and the family can experience this evening at the Johnson Coliseum on the SFA campus.  The SFA Ladyjacks and Lumberjacks will be hosting the Lamar Cardinals in a double header tonight.  The Ladyjacks will tip things off at 5:30 as they will be playing their conference opener. SFA defeated Tulsa over the weekend and are hoping to ride that momentum into Southland Conference play.

Meanwhile, the SFA Lumberjacks are 10-1 overall and 1-0 in conference play, in fact, the Lumberjacks are ranked #16 in the nation in the mid-major college category.  Lamar, the defending Southland tournament champions, have only won 2 games out of 12, but that have had a brutal schedule in which 11 out of their first twelve games have been on the road. Lamar is coached by Pat Knight, son of basketball coaching legend, Bobby Knight.  The Lumberjacks are scheduled to tip off at 8 p.m.

With the kids still on Christmas break, this would make for a great outing for the whole family.  Contact the SFA ticket office for more details.
