It's official! NBC's singing competition 'The Voice' will get a double dose of country in its upcoming season. Much-loved country quartet Little Big Town will serve as Battle Round advisers for Blake Shelton, an established mentor on the show.

Phillip Sweet, Kimberly Schlapman, Jimi Westbrook and Karen Fairchild, have seen their star rise higher than ever in the past couple years, and they've been through a lot since their genesis in 1988, so they will have lots of expertise to lay on the table for hopeful contestants.

Just as Shelton is the only country judge, LBT are the only country advisers -- and they are also the only quartet helping on the show, People confirms. Mentor Adam Levine welcomes Stevie Nicks this season in hopes of nabbing his third win, while Gavin Rossdale will help wife Gwen Stefani's team as she makes her 'Voice' debut. Pharrell Williams is also a newbie coach, and his adviser has not yet been announced.

The members of LBT will certainly be up to the challenge they face. Recently, their skills have been honed even more as they work on their upcoming record 'Pain Killer,' set to debut Oct. 21. Plus, if the going gets tough and it gets stressful on set, there's no doubt LBT would be happy to do a little 'day drinking' with Shelton.

Will this partnership seal the deal on a fourth win for Shelton? Danielle Bradbery and Cassadee Pope are proof that he knows a star when he sees one, and with LBT's help, there could be another cowboy boot-clad winner on 'The Voice' soon.

Season 7 of 'The Voice' premieres Sept. 22 at 8PM ET on NBC.
