Brad Underwood, Oklahoma State Mourn Death of Basketball Player

According to a report on ESPN, the Oklahoma State basketball team had just completed a 40 minute afternoon workout on Thursday at the Cowboy's football stadium. Members of Coger's team noticed he was in distress and 911 was called just after 5 p.m. Coger was pronounced dead at 6:23 at a nearby hospital.
Coach Underwood was in Las Vegas recruiting at the time of the incident. He was obviously distraught and saddened by the terrible news.
Brad Underwood spent 3 seasons as the SFA Lumberjack's basketball coach, leading the team to 3 Southland Conference Champions and 3 NCAA tourney berths.
