Rainfall from the remnants of Tropical Depression Bill continues to cause flooding across parts of East Texas. The National Weather Service has extended the Flash Flood Warning for Angelina and Nacogdoches counties until 6:45 this evening.
The remnants of Bill are raining down on East Texas...hard! As of 9:30 this morning, 2-3 inches of rain has already fallen in areas near Lake Livingston, Apple Springs, Hudson, and Pollok, and more is on the way.
