If anyone has words of wisdom to impart from a life well-lived, it's Charlie Daniels. Luckily for country fans, he's sharing them.

This fall, the legendary artist is releasing a memoir titled Never Look at the Empty Seats, which he says will give readers a glimpse into the real ups and downs of his life both personally and professionally.

"I’m extremely excited about the release of my new book, ‘Never Look at the Empty Seats.’ Quite a bit is known about my public life but there is so much more I’ve wanted to share," Daniels says. "My early years, my faith, my struggles and the unique people and events which have had such an impact on who I am and what I do."

The book will include stories about everything from Daniels' post-Depression era childhood to becoming a Grammy winner and Country Music Hall of Famer. Rare photos will accompany the life lessons and personal anecdotes he has picked up during his 80 years of life thus far.

Never Look at the Empty Seats releases Oct. 24 in hardcover, e-book and audiobook. It is available for pre-order now.

"Although the phrase is at times overused, Charlie Daniels truly is a national treasure,” Matt Baugher the SVP and Publisher of W Publishing Group shares. “His love for America and all it stands for is matched only by his immense talent as a singer, songwriter, and fiddle player. We’re honored to partner with this music legend in bringing his full story to the public for the first time. He’s had quite a ride."
