A Delta Airlines Flight originating in Germany and traveling to Houston had onboard a soldier who was charged with returning the remains of a World War II soldier to Texas.

According to a story from KCCI, also onboard that flight were members of the Iowa Ambassadors of Music Choir.  They had just wrapped up a tour of Europe.  When they heard the pilot request that all passengers allow the soldier carrying the remains to leave the plane first, the choir decided to give tribute to the situation.

Their impromptu performance of 'Battle Hymn of the Republic' has gone viral...and with good reason.
