Cold Front to Bring Heavy Rains to East Texas

It's been a while since East Texas has seen widespread downpours such as in the picture above.  But, it looks like that's all about to change.

A cold front is expected to push its way across Deep East Texas on Wednesday bringing with it the possibility of storms with heavy downpours.  At least an inch of rain should be rather common across the Pineywoods, but up to 3 inches of rain or more could fall in some of the heavier, more prolonged storms.
