The Country Music Hall of Fame has announced the inductees for the 2011:

There are 3 separate categories for induction. 

In the Veterans Era Artist category - Jean Shepard.  Jean has been a member of the Grand Ol Opry for over 50 years, and she was the first country woman artist in post WW II time to sell over a million copies of a song - Dear John Letter.

In the non-performer Songwriter category - Bobby Braddock.  Bobby has been writing songs for nearly five decades and has written some of country's most timeless pieces such as 'He Stopped Loving Her Today', 'Divorce', and 'Golden Ring', plus recent number ones like 'I Wanna Talk About Me' and 'People Are Crazy'.

Modern Era Artist category - Reba McEntire.  Reba signed her first major record deal in 1975 and since that time she has amassed 35 #1 songs and has song over 50 million units worldwide.

The inductees will be celebrated later this year during the CMA awards.
