Dierks Bentley will get to see one of his songs performed by Chris Young, and he has some very special campers to thank for it.

Bentley finished a new song on Thursday (June 22), and he had help from some very special people. Bentley and "Black" producer Ross Copperman took part in the 8th annual ACM Lifting Lives Music Camp in Nashville and together, finished their new song "I Love Big" with the event's campers.

"It was awesome," Bentley says during a media roundtable at his "Black" No. 1 party. "When you a visit a children’s hospital or something, you go in there thinking, 'I’m going to bring something to the table. I’m going to lift them up,' and then you walk in there and you’re like, 'Oh they’re going to lift me up.' They inspire you so much."

The campers taking part in the week-long residential music camp have a passion for music and are affected by Williams syndrome, which is a developmental disorder that affects many parts of the human body. The camp has a dual purpose of studying Williams syndrome while providing music enrichment through performance and education.

"It was such a great experience," Bentley says. "I couldn’t say anything wrong ... We kind of left the door open to spontaneity and we incorporated a lot of their ideas in the song ... They’re all so excited and happy and positive and it was really fun. I hope I get the chance to do it again."

Bentley says the song is about going into everything big-hearted, no matter the circumstances. The campers get to record "I Love Big" with Copperman on Monday (June 26) and also get to hang with special guest Kelsea Ballerini in the studio the same day. The week-long event hits its capstone Tuesday (June 27), when Chris Young takes the Grand Ole Opry stage to perform songs from the music camp.

At the roundtable, Copperman joked that through this song, Bentley finally got a cut with Chris Young.
