Thursday night, Dustin Lynch will take the stage at Banita Creek Hall for the 5th annual KICKS 105 Taste of Country Christmas Tour.  Lynch is on the fast lane to becoming a huge country star.

His current single 'One Hell of a Night' is racing up the chart and his previous song 'Where It's At' stayed at number one for back to back weeks earlier in the Fall.  We've heard his songs and seen his videos, but what's some of the background on this 29 year old performer born and bred in Music City USA?

The Boot recently lined out 25 questions for Dustin Lynch and through that interview we learned that Dustin has a college degree in biology which helped him get one of his first jobs -- testing sewage runoff at a treatment facility.  Needless to say, Lynch doesn't plan to go back to that line of work anytime soon.

Dustin's first celebrity crush was on Reba, he believes Kate Upton is one of the sexiest women alive, and loves the smell of baked cobbler and....skunks.  Lynch says the putrid smell of skunks reminds him of driving the back roads while growing up and that's a good memory.

He's big into the Hunger Games books, loves watching National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, and 'Ships That Don't Come In' by Joe Diffie is a song that usually draws tears for him.

And, the first things Dustin Lynch notices in a girl are her smile and eyes, and beyond the physical, he's also quick to notice if a girl has a sense of humor or not.

Dustin Lynch headlines tonight's KICKS 105 Taste of Country Christmas Tour at Banita Creek Hall in Nacogdoches.  Tickets are on sale at Banita Creek Hall at 11 a.m. for $20 each and will continue while supplies last.
