East Texas Weather Delays/Closures January 29th

The wintry precipitation has pretty much left Deep East Texas, but the lingering snow/ice on the ground and roadways could make for slick conditions Wednesday morning, especially with a low expected in the teens. A few schools will be opening late or be closed as a result.
