Emily Maynard Cries Over ‘Bachelor’ Brad Womack: ‘We’re Not Engaged Anymore’

During an emotional interview on 'The Bachelorette' Monday night, Emily Maynard confirmed that her engagement to Brad Womack is off. And although she still deeply seems to love him, Maynard realized the two simply wouldn't last.

"We're not engaged anymore," Maynard said tearfully. "I'll always be in love with Brad, you know. No one will ever hear me say a bad word about him."

Maynard said that perhaps she was blinded by her desire to marry Womack and have children. "I realize that maybe my want for it to work out ... overshadowed the actual reality," she said. "Maybe we didn't have what it takes to, you know, last forever."
