King George releases the 89th single of his career - how does it compare to his other timeless hits?

The new song from George Strait, 'Here For A Good Time', makes its mark on the Billboard Hot Country Songs Chart. Landing the number 29 spot, the single has become the second highest debut of his career.

It has been a while since his last song made its debut, and George knows that saying; "I think this is the longest time, during my recording career, without anything new on the radio. It’s good to be back and I want to thank country radio for their continued support."

George has been pleasing fans with his music for more than 30 years, and continues to deliver. He has the most number one singles of any artist in history, topping even the 57 hit singles released by Elvis. With nearly 69 million records sold, and 33 platinum or multi-platinum albums, it's no wonder that the Country Music Hall of Fame inducted King George in 2006.
