Ghostly Image Captured on Pub’s Security Camera

Ye Olde Man and Scythe Pub in Manchester in the United Kingdom has been around for over 750 years and rumor has it that there are some 20+ ghosts that frequent the bar.  Was one of those apparitions captured on camera? 

In the early morning hours of Valentine's Day, the closed circuit security camera inexplicably shut off at 6:18.  In the few seconds leading up to that shut down there was flickering of lights and then the image of what appeared to be a human head and torso on a mirror.
