Take a close look at Jenna Talackova of Vancouver.

Many would say that she has what it takes to compete for the title of Miss Universe.  There is one major issue according to pageant officials.

This 6 foot 1 inch beauty was born a male.

Although Talackova has undergone the surgeries and hormone therapies necessary to now be considered a female,  pageant organizers say the rules clearly state that all contestants must have been born a female.
