Texas Governor Rick Perry insists that he's one for healthy debate, open dialogue, and a supporter of free speech rights, however, he believes that an editorial cartoon has crossed way over the line of good taste and actually mocks the tragedy in West, Texas.

The cartoon in question seems to link Gov. Perry's push for low taxes and low regulations to the explosion that killed 14, mainly first responders.

Both an editor at the Sacramento Bee and the person who drew the cartoon, Jack Ohman, defended the editorial piece saying that the cartoon  takes a hard stance on Perry's policies on luring businesses to Texas, but does not disrespect the victims of the West, Texas tragedy.

Take a look at the editorial cartoon and tell us what you think.
