Great Kid Escape – Activities and Timeline

This Saturday, the first ever Great Kid Escape will be held at the beautifully remodeled Lufkin Convention Center on South First Street.  Headlining the event will be an appearance by Disney TV star Peyton List who plays the part of Emma on the show, 'Jessie'. 

But, List, along with Gator Rescue are just two of many attractions that will be taking place.  Here's a timeline and rundown of activities for the Great Kid Escape.

Here are few notes that might help to answer some questions you may have.

• Those that bought VIP tickets to the event (which these tickets are now sold out) are guaranteed a private meet and greet with Peyton List before 12 noon.
• If you buy a general admission ticket, that allows you to meet Peyton List as well.  Keep in mind that the line may be long.  List is scheduled to sign autographs for two hours, so if you get in line later in the afternoon, you may not get the opportunity to meet her.
• General admission tickets are $5 in advance and $10 at the door, kids 3 and under get in free.
• All games and activities are free with your general admission ticket.  Some vendors will be selling their items, plus extras such as videos and photos will come with an extra charge.
