High School Senior Told Her Yearbook Portrait Is Too Provocative

Is this picture too provocative to be included in a high school yearbook?

The students that put together the yearbook for Durango High School in Colorado certainly think so.  Seniors are allowed to submit one personal photo that they would like included in the yearbook, however, when Sydney Spies sent this one in, they said no way.

Now, Sydney and her mom are fighting the decision.
