Holiday in the Pines Kicks Off Christmas Shopping Season

One of the problems of Christmas shopping is that you find yourself going from store to store, traveling miles and miles trying to find gifts and gift ideas.  Therein lies the beauty of the annual Holiday in the Pines event presented by the Nacogdoches Junior Forum. 

Over 60 specialty stores and shops from across Texas and the Southwestern U.S. are showcasing their holiday fare through Saturday at the Nacogdoches Civic Center on the Northwest Loop.  The event actually kicks off Thursday night with the Ultra HIP Night and One Hip Night preview parties.  Then, Friday, it's VIP shopping from 9-11a.m., then it's open market shopping from 11-8 on Friday and 9-5 on Saturday.

Not only will you find unique Christmas items for those hard to buy for persons on your list, you'll also be helping the many charities that are supported throughout the year by the Nacogdoches Junior Forum.
