Instant Karma – Tire Attacks Man With Knife [VIDEO]

It doesn't happen very often, but sometimes we get treated to instant karma. 

The story is that the man in the video had just left a store after a botched robbery attempt.  In his anger he decided to slash the store owner's tire.

The force of the air expelling from the tire violently spun the man around and put him on the pavement.  He was able to get up and walk away, but notice his right arm.  Am I seeing things are did he fall on the sharp object and is that blood that he's leaving behind on the ground?
