Who's ready for some blueberry pancakes? Blueberry pie? Blueberry lemonade? Bluegrass music?

Downtown Nacogdoches is set to go blue this Friday and Saturday with the 26th annual Texas Blueberry Festival.

This year's event will feature a twist as the Blueberry Bluegrass Concert in the Park will officially kick things off Friday evening.  This free event will feature several bands including Catahoula Drive, the Bottom Dollar String Band, and the Coursey Family Band.  The concert in the park will take place at Banita Creek Park North which is located off Pearl Street.  Parking will be available at Farmer's Market and at First Baptist Church.

On Saturday, the fun, food, and entertainment starts at 8 AM and continues until 4 PM.  Don't miss out on the annual Kiwanis Blueberry Pancakes, plus there will be entertainment on 3 different stages featuring music, clogging, zumba, martial arts, and much more.
