Kellie Pickler to Guest Star on ‘90210′ Season Premiere

She’s a recording artist now, but Kellie Pickler kicked off her singing career on television, earning a sixth-place finish during the fifth season of ‘American Idol.’

Now, she’s returning to her roots — so to speak — with a guest appearance on ’90210.’

Pickler will portray Sally, the country singer cousin of newcomer cowboy Austin, played by Justin Deeley.

Of course, Pickler’s ’90210′ appearance isn’t just about trading ZIP codes — it’ll also serve as an opportunity for her to perform her latest single, ‘Tough.’ Viewers can expect to see her on the season premiere, scheduled to air September 13.
