A weak cool front is expected to make its way across East and Northeast Texas this afternoon and overnight bringing with it the possibility of strong to severe storms.

Areas from Lufkin to Texarkana appear to be in the bull's eye for a mixed bag of heavy downpours, frequent lightning, large hail, and isolated tornadoes.  Northeast Texas has more of a widespread threat of this than does Deep East Texas, but everyone should be on guard and listen to KICKS 105 for updates.
