Lufkin Man Learns That Kicking Police Car Window is a Bad Idea

It's probably good advice that when an officer of the law tells you to do something, you do it.  A Lufkin man found that out the hard way. 

According to a report from the Lufkin Police Department, Cody Leblanc, 26, was arrested outside the Lotus Lane Apartments laundromat after allegedly assaulting his girlfriend. Officers arrived to find the woman with a bloody nose and lip. After taking Leblanc into custody, an officer found a container on Leblanc that the man admitted contained a "$20 rock" of crack cocaine. The woman told officers that Leblanc punched her in the face five times.

Once Leblanc was placed inside a squad unit, he began kicking the back window. When an officer told him to stop or he would be pepper sprayed, Leblanc yelled "(expletive) you" at the officer. The officer then sprayed a short burst of pepper spray in the back of the unit...Leblanc stopped kicking.
