Lufkin PD Report – Boyfriends Assault Each Other, Woman Walks Naked on Raguet
It’s been quite an interesting past 24 hours for the Lufkin Police Department.
Let’s start with two men arrested for assault/family violence. According to police records, Monday morning, a man reported that he was choked by his boyfriend during an argument. The boyfriend reported the man struck him with a metal brook pole during the argument. Both Jason Lee Vardeman (pictured on right) and Shawn Blakeley were arrested.
In another report, Monday night around 9:30, officers responded to a report of an intoxicated and naked woman walking in the 2300 block of North Raguet Street. Officers located the suspect, Rhonda Humphries, who was wearing only an unbuttoned button-up shirt; she was not wearing pants or under garments. She was arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
