Wednesday night, an East Texas woman was arrested and charged with criminal trespass after setting a fire in a lobby bathroom trash can at Executive Inn and Suites located on Harmony Hill Drive in Lufkin.

According to a press release from the Lufkin Police Department, Maria Collins, 29, was arrested following the alleged actions. She then refused the come out of the bathroom and leave the motel after being told to do so by motel staff.
