2013's big summer Pixar movie is 'Monsters University,' the prequel to their hit 'Monsters Inc.,' and a film that we're a little nervous about. Some Pixar sequels are good ('Toy Story 2' and '3' come to mind), but then there's 'Cars 2.' But a new featurette gives us a little more information about the plot, and yeah, it sounds a little bit like 'Revenge of the Nerds.'

As the featurette explains, the film starts with Mike (voiced by Billy Crystal) and Sully (John Goodman) not liking each other, but when they get kicked out of scaring school they join a lame fraternity in the hopes of proving their worth by winning a competition. It seems unlikely they will break into a sorority to film co-eds naked, but a big musical number at the end is not out of the question.

Here's the new synopsis for the film:

Mike Wazowski and James P. Sullivan are an inseparable pair, but that wasn’t always the case. From the moment these two mismatched monsters met they couldn’t stand each other. “Monsters University” unlocks the door to how Mike and Sulley overcame their differences and became the best of friends.

And here's that featurette. 'Monsters University' opens June 21.
