Mutton Busters for 2016 Nacogdoches Rodeo Revealed

The annual Nacogdoches Pro Rodeo and Steer Show rides into the Nacogdoches Expo & Civic Center March 24th through 26th.

Each night beginning at 7, KICKS 105, Deep East Texas Electric Co-op, and Boot Barn present the Mutton Bustin' Championships.  Each night, 10 youngsters get a chance to ride sheep for points and prizes.  Registrations continued through Friday afternoon at the Boot Barn in Nacogdoches and the drawing for the contestants was held Monday evening.  Over 70 kids were registered, so unfortunately, not everyone gets to ride.

This is the line up of nightly riders.  We will contact the parent/guardian for each rider to explain instructions.  Check in of riders will begin at 6 p.m. each night and continue until 6:45 p.m.
