The Angelina Benefit Rodeo is coming up April 25th through 28th at the George H. Henderson Jr. Expo Center in Lufkin.  It's one of the biggest rodeos in the Lone Star State, and one of the most entertaining events is the championship Mutton Bustin'.

Each night, 12 youngsters will try their best to hang on for dear life on the back of a sheep.  The top scorer each night will be crowned our nightly champion.  Registrations are currently being taken at the Boot Barn in front of the Lufkin Mall.  Each contestant must be at least 5 years old and can weigh no more than 60 pounds (no exceptions).

The drawing of the 48 contestants will take place during the KICKS 105 Road Show  at Boot Barn on Tuesday, April 24th.  The first group of contestants will be drawn around 3 p.m., so make sure you've gotten your kid(s) signed up before then.

There are bonus opportunities for your kids to be drawn for KICKS 105 listeners and VIP Members.
