Nacogdoches Dragons Set for Homecoming

There's quite a buzz stirring in Nacogdoches thanks to the play of the Dragon's football team.  The Golden Dragons under the leadership of Coach Bobby Reyes have gone from winless in 2012 to winners of 3 of their first 4 games of 2013. 

In addition to impressive wins over Hallsville and Henderson, plus a hard fought 4 point loss to the number one team in class 3A (Carthage), the Dragons defeated the Lufkin Panthers for the first time in over 20 years.

What's the main difference this year?...BELIEF.

The Dragons believe in themselves, believe in each other, and believe in the system that the coaches have instilled.

Friday night, it's homecoming for Nacogdoches.  The Dragons will be taking on another East Texas team that's making a great turn around season.  The Pine Tree Pirates are also 3-1 on the year following years of sub-par seasons.  Both teams have been lighting up the scoreboard this year, so this could be an explosive game.
