Never Let An Inmate Draw The Official State Police Seal [VIDEO]

First the good news:

Vermont state officials decided to try to save taxpayers some money by allowing prison inmates to draw and produce the car decals used by the Vermont State Police.

Now, the bad news: Whoever was in charge of proofing the finished product, didn't do a very good job...and remember, we're talking about inmates drawing up the designs.

Common sense should tell you that inmates don't usually hold law enforcement in high regard.
