RaeLynn fans have been not-so-patiently awaiting news on her upcoming full-length record, and they finally have a date to put on the calendar. The artist finally revealed on Facebook Live Jan. 27 that the album, titled WildHorse, will be available March 24.

“Thank you so much for being so patient with my debut record WildHorse. This record deserved to have the perfect release, and I'm so beyond excited it will be in your hands on March 24th! No more surprises,” she said with a laugh.

Originally planned to debut in late 2016, the album’s release was pushed to 2017 with an announcement back in November, citing an “amazing opportunity” that had caused RaeLynn to rethink its release plan. The record is available for preorder now and features the singer/songwriter's latest single, “Love Triangle,” an emotional ballad written about her parents’ divorce. It’s resonated with fans in a powerful way, having racked up 18 million streams to date. WildHorse includes 12 tracks total, 11 of which RaeLynn co-wrote.

“This record is my college experience in a lot of ways,” she says of the album. “I graduated from high school, moved away from my parents, and started a life on my own. I fell in love, had my heart broken and then found love again. I married the man of my dreams, and now we’re starting a life together. All the highs and lows from these last four years are here.”

RaeLynn is gearing up to go on the road with her mentor from The Voice, Blake Shelton, on his Doin’ It to Country Songs tour. The run kicks off Feb. 16, 2017 and wraps March 18. The artist will also be featured in an exhibit at the Country Music Hall of Fame titled American Currents, which will chronicle the past year in country music.
