Russian Traffic Stop is Hilarious Thanks to Hamster Robot Toy

I don't understand a single word that is being said in this video, but this is hilarious in any language.  Apparently all the rage in Russia is a toy hamster that repeats whatever you say or sing to it as it bobs up and down. 

That is already funny enough, but when a Russian driver gets pulled over by the police and then the hamster starts repeating everything the cop says, the driver just loses it.

Now, I want one of these hamsters.
