Still on cloud nine after their summer wedding, Scotty McCreery and wife Gabi Dugal will now add to their fairytale by appearing on the winter-spring cover of Southern Bride magazine.

McCreery shared a sneak peek of the beautiful cover shot on social media this week. "Prettiest bride ever," he writes alongside a picture of the two from their wedding in North Carolina.

The singer's wedding was a magazine-worthy affair held on June 16, with around 200 friends and family members present. Not only did the couple look stunning in their wedding attire, the entire event was filled with special personal touches.

McCreery's childhood pastor officiated, his dad served as best man, and the happy couple sealed the deal with personalized vows they'd written. After the ceremony, McCreery and his bride had their first dance as husband and wife to Elvis Presley's "Can't Help Falling in Love," while guests dined on a Cajun-style menu with pie instead of cake for dessert.

The issue will be on stands in early January.

Scotty McCreery Still Hasn't Sent Those Wedding Thank You Notes

The magazine cover serves as just another highlight for McCreery and his lovely bride, as the two have experienced their share of personal and professional highlights in 2018.

Currently, McCreery is out on his headlining Seasons Change Tour alongside openers Jimmie Allen and Heather Morgan, with scheduled stops this weekend in Minnesota, Indiana and Illinois this weekend.

“After planning the Seasons Change Tour for so long, it was exciting to finally begin,” says McCreery in a recent press release. “The fans at the first three dates in Texas were amazing and really brought out the best in me and my band. We can’t wait for the next shows!”

McCreery is also watching as his single “This is It” continues to gain steam on the charts, currently finding itself gearing towards the top 10 as 2018 comes to a close. The video for the song, which showcases the two’s wedding ceremony earlier this year, currently has been viewed over 22 million times.

And while everything seems to be going for him, there is one thing that McCreery looks to be slacking on. Recently, Taste of Country came to find out that him and Gabi are a tad behind in the thank-you notes department.

“We probably have about half of them out," McCreery confesses in a recent interview. “Gabi is doing most of them, but I’ll sign them or whatever. People can’t read my handwriting.”
