Sean Ericson’s Daily Dish – School Lunches Stink! (Video)

If you know me, you know I LOVE to barbeque.  Skilled cooking in general really impresses me.  Therefore, it will be my mission to bring you a daily video highlighting some pretty cool edibles!  Today we take a look at the slimy side of school lunches.4th Grader Zachary Maxwell snuck a camera into his school's lunchroom for 6 months to document how lousy it was. The resulting film is now going to be screened at the Manhattan Film Festival next month. Here's an outtake:
