Steve Martin and Kermit the Frog Take On ‘Dueling Banjos’

Kermit is back in his swamp, but this time he’s brought Steve Martin with him!

The duo released a video yesterday of one of the best versions of Dueling Banjos I’ve ever heard. Its no surprise, since Steve Martin won a Grammy in 2010 for his bluegrass album The Crow, and has been touring with his band, The Steep Canyon Rangers on and off since then.

Kermit has also been playing for a while – everybody remembers The Rainbow Connection from 1979′s The Muppet Movie. This isn’t even the first time Steve has played Dueling Banjos with the Muppets: he played with the Muppet Jug Band on The Muppet Show years ago:
