1970 – Kristyn Osborn born near Magna, Utah. She joins sisters Kassidy and Kelsi to form SHeDAISY, whose pop-tinged harmonies lead them to a series of country hits, beginning with the release of their 1999 debut album

 

1963 – Bobby Bare records “500 Miles Away From Home” in the a.m. at Nashville’s RCA Studio B
