I've had a fascination with archery for most of my life. Probably from playing cowboys and indians while growing up, and always wanting to be the indian. There's something very primal in regards to the bow and arrow. Now with advancements in bow technology amazing shots can be made. Prepare to be AMAZED!

St. Cyprian's School in Lufkin has become well known through the past years as one of the area's premiere private schools.  Their dyslexia education program is one of the best in the state.  And over the past few years, the craft of shooting a bow and arrow is also something their students excel in.

St Cyprian's Episcopal School in Lufkin features an outstanding archery program.  These 'Sharpshooters' are involved in the National Archery in the Schools Program (NASP), and once again this year, St Cyprian's has had several students qualify for the state tournament finals.

Iza Privezenceva trains at Seregedel's school and has evidently been doing her homework!  Handy for the bow hunter if you see 37 deer at once!

Matt Stutzman seems an unlikely archery champion. Not only because he just picked up the sport a mere two years ago, but because Stutzman was born without arms. Despite the odds, he recently broke the world record for longest archery shot, hitting a target 230 yards away.
