Billy Currington

Billy Currington was indicted in Chatham County, Ga. this afternoon on charges of making terroristic threats and abuse of an elder person. Both charges stem from an incident that allegedly occurred on his boat on April 15.

'If Heaven Wasn't So Far Away' by Justin Moore's may end up being East Texas' number one song of 2011.  That song took 67% of the vote in yesterday's Country Clash against  'Let Me Down Easy' by Billy Currington. Moore will try to keep the streak alive today as he takes on a band that had their first number one of the year - The Eli Young Band.

Justin Moore's 'If Heaven Wasn't So Far Away' continues its run to be the top song of the year as it defeats 'Old Alabama' in our most recent Country Clash. Today, Moore will take on a song that was released towards the beginning of the year - 'Let Me Down Easy' by Billy Currington.
