Blue Bell Returns

According to a release from Blue Bell Ice Cream, East Texas is about to have their favorite ice cream back!  Everything in green on the map is Phase 3, the next roll out. Here is that press release:

We have a date! Monday, August 31st Blue Bell Ice Cream will be returning to stores (leave it to Blue Bell to brighten up a Monday).  However, Lufkin, Nacogdoches, and most of East Texas will have to wait.
