James Cavender founded Cavender's in 1965 in Pittsburg, Texas, and it remains a family-run operation all across the country.

The Angelina Benefit Rodeo gets underway this Wednesday and continues through Saturday at the George H Henderson, Jr. Expo Center in Lufkin.  One of the highlights each night is the mutton bustin' championships.
