Today, Chili's restaurant on the South Loop in Lufkin is holding a benefit to help support the Central 4-H.

The Toys for Tots drive is continuing in East Texas and we're getting down to the final stretch.  Donations are running a bit behind this year but here's a great way to help out and enjoy great food at the same time.

Candi Procell, mother of 6 beautiful children, and teacher at Central ISD for the past 13 years was diagnosed in late April with cervical cancer.  Thankfully, it looks as though the cancer is contained to the tumor, however, medical expenses are mounting.
